Nicholas Alderdice
Founder & Chief Strategist
Nicholas is the founding architect behind CredsVault’s approach to credentialing. He has spent over a decade working in skills, verification, and workforce mobility – designing systems that move credentials out of silos and into the real economy.
Before CredsVault, Nicholas founded and led Learning Vault, where he helped define how skills, credentials, and workforce data could be issued, verified, and trusted at scale. His work has shaped how organizations think about credential ownership, interoperability, and the long-term value of verification infrastructure.
At CredsVault, Nicholas focuses on strategy, standards, and the future direction of the skills economy – ensuring the platform stays ahead of emerging technologies, regulatory change, and the increasing role of AI in verification and trust. He brings a systems-level view to how credentials will function across industries, borders, and careers in the years ahead.
